On 10 November 2024, a branch of the Józef Piłsudski Museum in Łódź began operating. Its name, “Bibuła – The Underground Press of Józef and Maria Piłsudski”,  refers to the underground activity carried out by “Wiktor” and his wife in the apartment at 19 Wschodnia Street. In the years 1938-1939, the Museum of Memorabilia of the First Marshal and the National Leader Józef Piłsudski operated there. The current permanent exhibition entitled “Fighting by the Word” was created according to the concept of Wojciech Markert who was also its curator together with Paweł Przeździecki. The exhibition consists of three layers: the meticulously restored interiors, the reconstructed pre-war exhibition, and the multimedia part developed by Krzysztof Noworyta. Storytelling with the use of augmented reality (AR) combined with traditional means of exhibition, and historic elements, is a pioneering solution that is in line with global trends in museums.
