There are Bronisław Piłsudski’s monuments on Sakhalin, Hokkaido, and in Żory; a plaque dedicated to him can be found in the building of the Scientific Library of the Polish Academy of Arts and Sciences and the Polish Academy of Sciences in Kraków. His symbolic grave is located in the Old Cemetery in Zakopane, while his actual grave is in the Montmorency Cemetery near Paris. A monument commemorating the ethnographer and his brother, Marshal Józef Piłsudski, is located near the Piłsudski family estate in Zułów.
In 2002, the Polish Post issued a stamp dedicated to Bronisław Piłsudski as part of the series of stamps titled “Poles around the World.” The National Bank of Poland introduced commemorative coins of 10 złoty (1 October 2008), made with a mirror stamp in silver, and 2 złoty (29 September 2008), made with a regular stamp in the Nordic Gold alloy.
