During this year’s edition of the Night of Museums, the Central Archives of Modern Records in Warsaw, in cooperation with the National Digital Archives, showed a fragment of Bronisław Piłsudski’s legacy from its resources to a wider audience.

A small exhibition showed photos taken by Bronisław in Sakhalin and documents, including correspondence. This is only a part of the archive’s collection on this topic. They also became the starting point for stories about Japan. The evening was graced with lectures by Dr. Jadwiga Rodowicz-Czechowska (Józef Piłsudski Museum in Sulejówek) and prof. Ewa Pałasz-Rutkowska (University of Warsaw). The whole was completed by an outdoor exhibition devoted to Bronisław Piłsudski, which will soon be on display in Szczęśliwicki Park.
